Take a moment for a deep breath. Little things make a difference in your life. They can build up to be a big frustration or be the tiniest of thing to put a smile on your face. Recognizing the effect of the little things is important. So take a break and enjoy them. Even if it is only for five minutes to walk down the street and get coffee. Adding a stroll to your day allows you to see new things, get some fresh air, feel the sun on your face, exercise, clear your head, meet a new friend, smile at the dog walking past you (how could you not) and people watch. All this in 5 minutes. I feel like people forget this. Have a great weekend!
