Sharing Native Dishes

A great thing about travel, moving to foreign places, and meeting new people is experiencing different cuisines. I am not going to lie, eating is probably one of my favorite hobbies as you can see here, here, and here. So when friends present the idea of cooking dishes from their native country, I am all in. This past weekend, my taste buds were graced with a delicious combination of noodles, meat, mushrooms, vegetables and sauce to make up a delectable Asian dish. These pictures don’t do justice to the savory flavors of the peanut butter sauce and nose-tingling smells of the spiced meat. My mouth is watering just from writing this.
